1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 200 per order.

  • Any promotional offers, including Free Shipping, will be clearly mentioned on our website during the promotion period.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to ensure that the provided shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipment tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available).

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be cancelled or returned to us. Re-delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Verified cases of shipping damage will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
