You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to place an order on our Site. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of any promotion.

We make every effort to display our fragrances, packaging, and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in bottle design, batch, or screen colour representation may occur. All prices on the Site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation; this confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options. Orders paid online are only dispatched once payment is verified.

We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are shared at checkout and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays beyond our control. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed before order confirmation. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, reported within the timeframe stated on our Return & Refund Policy page. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable. Items damaged in transit must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery.

SM Perfumes guarantees that every fragrance sold on this Site is authentic and sourced through verified channels. We do not sell counterfeit, refilled, or tampered products. If you have any doubt about a product you received, please contact us immediately with your order number.

All content on this Site — including the SM Perfumes name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and page design — is the property of SM Perfumes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

SM Perfumes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Your personal information is collected and used only to process orders, improve our services, and communicate with you, in line with our Privacy Policy.
