Return & Refund Policy

At SM Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used perfumes.
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging caused by the customer.
• Change of mind after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).
• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
